Roger Black Joins Team Treloar’s School and College


Olympic medal winner and TV presenter Roger Black has become a Patron of Treloar’s, the School and College for students with severe and complex disabilities based in Hampshire.

Roger will work closely with Treloar’s aspiring Paralympians providing a unique blend of athletics expertise, motivation and moral support in the run up to London 2012 and beyond. Roger joins Jeff Stelling, Michael Aspel and Alan Titchmarsh on Treloar’s Board of Patrons.

Treloar’s welcomes National Youth Orchestra for innovative music programme

Treloar School’s students this week took part in a five day workshop with some of the UK’s best young musicians, designed to help students learn about musical composition, performance and directing. Eight musicians from the National Youth Orchestra (NYO) of Great Britain, including three ‘Young Musician of the Year’ finalists, visited Treloar’s, along with Brian Irvine, composer in residence to the Ulster Orchestra, Belfast and Welsh National Operas
